All orders are currently shipped from the USA via UPS. Please allow 24 hours for processing from the time your order is placed before shipping information is provided. In unusual circumstances or during periods of high volume, please allow up to 48 business hours for processing.
Standard Shipping
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Around 90% of UPS ground orders arrive within 3 business days.
Express Shipping
Orders will arrive within 1-3 business days, 90% of orders will arrive within 1-2 business days if placed by 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. (New York, Time Zone, EST)
International Standard Shipping
Orders will arrive within 7-9 business days for delivery. Shipping costs are subject to variation based on the customer's location and may be influenced by the tax regulations and policies of the country or state.
UPS Holiday Closures
Please note that UPS is closed on Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Jan 15), Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving (Nov 28), Christmas Day (Dec 25), and New Year’s (Jan 1). Orders may be delayed by 2-3 days around these holidays.
Company Holiday Breaks
This company has scheduled holiday breaks in the months of April (9-23) and August (25-31) During these times, our team will be taking time off to recharge and spend time with loved ones. Delays in responding to inquiries and processing orders may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is automatically calculated on the checkout page and can be seen prior to submitting your payment information. Checkout offers various shipping methods and choices.
We are not responsible for any import custom duties and additional taxes.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number for your order via email.
While we strive to ensure prompt and efficient service, please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, particularly those caused by third-party shipping providers.

Delivery
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received within the shipping timeframes advertised, please make sure that all information required for your delivery is relevant and correct, this includes the correct abbreviations, street numbers, apartment/suite numbers, Your name, email, etc.
Please note that Kingdom Dresses is not responsible for lost or stolen orders in the mail, God willing it shall never happen to any of our customers.
You can track your package using the supplied tracking number, or contact us at support@kingdomdresses.com and we will assist you with your order.
Should a package be returned to us due to Incorrect or incomplete Shipping Information provided by the customer, Kingdom Dresses is not responsible for recovering any shipping costs.

Return & Exchange policy
Refunds & Returns
Each order is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure top-quality products. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 business days. Once we receive your returned order, the full payment amount will be refunded to the account used for the original purchase. Please note that items stated as Final Sale cannot be returned.
Returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, washed and/or intentional damage, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive their refund. You will be notified via email once we have received your item, and the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Costs Disclaimer
Unless it is determined to be our error, Kingdom Dresses will not cover any return shipping costs incurred by customers.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees for items that are returned for reasons other than our error.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Damages & Exchanges
We take great care and double check to ensure that all orders are free from damage and faults. While we are not liable for any damaged products received, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If your order was damaged during transit, We kindly request that you provide proof of the damaged item(s) within 48 hours of your order being confirmed delivered.

Items will undergo inspection for signs of intentional damage.Then you will receive an email outlining the next steps to address the issue.
Our resolution options include an exchange for the same item. If you choose to exchange, please note that you will need to send us back the damaged product before we can ship you a replacement.
In rare circumstances, such as ordering an item which is out of stock, you will receive a notification via text or email. You will have the option to exchange for another product of the same price, or you can choose to receive a full refund, as this was our error.
